A little information about us.

Rich was born and raised in San Francisco and a graduate from Calif. State University at San Luis Obispo.

In the early 1970's he moved to Petaluma to start his Real Estate career. Rich is currently the Owner/Broker of CPS/Golden Land Realty in Petaluma.

Linnea was born in Sweden and emigrated to United States in 1964. Most of her years were in Petaluma, except a trip back to Sweden in 1967/68, and a one year stay in Connecticut. She worked for 4 1/2 years doing property management in Petaluma which lead to her real estate sales in 1991.

Together we have many years of real estate experience to put to work for any Seller or Buyer, and we look forward to being able to meet and help you.
